Team USA Indoor is comprised of the most elite indoor lacrosse players in the world. The majority of Team USA members are professional lacrosse players in either the NLL or MLL. The U.S. Indoor Team won the Bronze medal in the 2007 World Championships held in Halifax, Canada, and finished in the same position in the inaugural games in 2003.
Build upon the management expertise and experience to develop, train and manage the elite Men’s U.S.A. Indoor National Lacrosse Team to compete and win the Gold medal in the World Indoor Lacrosse Championship Games.
To inspire the top U.S. lacrosse players to become the most competitive, powerful, skilled, well trained and successful American indoor lacrosse team to ever compete in the World Championship Games.
US Indoor Lacrosse (USIL) believes that the athletes most likely to succeed at the World level are more than just skilled lacrosse players: They are independent, focused, and equipped to compete – physically, emotionally, and intellectually – at the World level. USIL will support a team culture of shared training and information, coordinated effort, and independent athlete decision-making. USIL will enable the World players to work together as a team to achieve the highest results in lacrosse.
