The Important Details About Returning US Indoor Lacrosse Merchandise
We are proud to offer you high quality merchandise through our US Indoor Lacrosse Shop and
truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand,
however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and
to make it easier, we are instigating this simple return policy: If the item you receive is not right, for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else*. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set, it must be returned as a set. Almost all item apparel items that have been worn will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, therefore we will not be able to accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, issue a call tag to have the original item
returned and will ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground
service) in appreciation of your business with us.
For all returns and exchanges: Please remember to completely fill out and include the
Merchandise Return Form that is located with the packing slip that accompanied your
merchandise. If you need a new return form, please print one out from our Customer Services
page of our US Indoor Lacrosse On-Line Shop.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please
keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in
transit. All refunds will be for merchandise ONLY, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the
item was sent in error.
